We are proud to inform that the Congress Secretariat, the Exhibition Management have again appointed IML-Messe Logistik GmbH as their international freight forwarder, customs broker and on-site handling agent for ICNC 2026
We are able to offer our full transport service to you as exhibitor, your stand contractor, printer or other supplier. The following is an overview of our services.
- pick up at your premises
- transport arrangements by road, air or sea
- customs clearance on temporary or permanent basis or under Carnet-ATA or invoice
- storage before delivery
- inbound delivery directly to your booth during the official move-in hours
- handling of empties
- transport arrangements for return shipment.

(14.05. is a Public Holiday and 15.05. is bridge day)
Collection of RETURN shipments on 22.05. and 26.-27.05.26 between 9am and 4pm
(25.05. is a Public Holiday)
All shipments must be consigned „FREIGHT PREPAID / FREE ARRIVAL“ and already customs cleared !
Any shipment arriving outside of our deadlines will be subject to a surcharge of 25 % on our tariff !
Please provide us, as soon the shipping details are known (latest 2 days prior arrival),
a PREADVISE including all relevant informations ! (bill of lading, AWB, tracking no.)
