We are proud to inform that the Congress Secretariat, the Exhibition Management have again appointed IML-Messe Logistik GmbH as their international freight forwarder, customs broker and on-site handling agent for EUSOBI 2025.
We are able to offer our full transport service to you as exhibitor, your stand contractor, printer or other supplier. The following is an overview of our services.
- pick up at your premises
- transport arrangements by road, air or sea
- customs clearance on temporary or permanent basis or under Carnet-ATA or invoice
- storage before delivery
- inbound delivery directly to your booth during the official move-in hours
- handling of empties
- transport arrangements for return shipment.
Set Up Times (local time)
Wednesday, September 24, 2025……………….. 07:00 – 19:00*
* From 09:00 – 19:00, personalisation of Shell Schemes will be possible.
Small arrangements can still be done on Thursday from 09:00 – 11:00. Please note, your exhibition space has to be ready on Thursday, September 25, 2025, 11:00 (local time).
Stands must be completed and excess products and materials removed from the hall no later than 19:30 on September 24, 2025. Please allow time to load and unload vehicles.
During Build Up periods, everyone in the hall must ensure they are wearing the correct PPE, to include Hi-Viz Vests as a minimum – please be aware that these are not provided by the venue and exhibitors must bring their own.
Dismantling & Pick-up hours (local time)
Saturday, September 27, 2025…………………… 17:00 – 20:00
If additional time is required for dismantling, additional fees for stewarding support may apply.
For safety reasons, breakdown must not commence before the official end of exhibition opening hours as stated below and until all visitors have left the hall.
Access doors for exhibitor breakdown will not be opened until the public is clear of the hall. Any empty boxes or pallets in storage will be delivered back to stands after the official event close.

All shell scheme exhibitors must clear their stands by 18:00 on September 27, 2025.
All Space Only Exhibitors must clear their stands by 20:00 on September 27, 2025.
Any remaining items will be removed and either destroyed, or stored at the exhibitor’s expense.
